I provide individual and couples counseling, both in-person and virtually. My specialities are working with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship and self esteem issues. I love helping my clients feel more empowered and connected to their authentic self. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and the Gottman Method to help clients rebuild the most important relationships with themselves and the world they live in.
